    Garfield Phillips aka Zebra will be spending his time behind bars until March 27 when his case will again be called up. The DJ is charged for the rape of his 13-year-old stepdaughter.


    He is alleged to have sexually molested the juvenile on two occasions at his home in Bog Walk in April last year. The court was told by the police that the girl made a report to her mother who is Zebra’s common-law wife, but she didn’t do anything about it.


    Other members of her family felt that the mother did not address the matter with the seriousness it deserved and took it upon themselves to make a report to the police.


    According to reports the DJ got word that the matter was in the hands of the police and he fled the area and sought refuge in Westmoreland.


    With his being on the police wanted list Zebra was held and captured in that parish and handed over to the Bog Walk Police who slapped him with the charge.
