Bounty Killer - My Xperience
A full album by a hard-core ragga deejay might seem a daunting project, but Bounty Killer's imagination, self-assurance and ability to stay in touch with his dancehall followers (while reaching out to a wider world) ensures the set's succes. The guest appearance from compatible hip-hoppers -including Erick Sermon, Blahzay Blahzay and the Fugees- work well, as do those with more predictable sparring partners like Junior Reid and Barrington Levy. A generous portion of major reggae hits is placed alongside fresh material of the same scintillating standard.

Bounty Killer - No Argument
Eight of the tracks on No Argument were successful 45s, and there is no drop in quality for the remaining four. "Seek God" is one of the many versions of a nyahbingi drum rhythm that was unexpectedly popular at the close of 1995, and is perhaps the most "different" track here; other tracks are more typical -but brilliant- rude-boy talk.
01. Bounty Killer - Cellular Number
02. Bounty Killer - Scare Him
03. Bounty Killer - Seek God
04. Bounty Killer - More Gal

09. Bounty Killer - Action Speak Louder Than Words
10. Bounty Killer - Woman a Run Mi Down
11. Bounty Killer - Searching ft. Sanchez
12. Bounty Killer - Cellular Number
Bounty Killer - Down In The Ghetto
The second album for ragga's royal family more then kept up the standard of its predecessor. The title track, employing the "Shank I Shek" rhythm, might be his most electrifying to date, but listen to anything here and be convinced of the man's serious talent.

Bounty Killer - Jamaica's Most Wanted
While frantic studio-hopping is the usual course for Jamaican performers eager to make the most of their moment of fame, Bounty Killer choose to keep it largely a family affair, before striking out on his own: his first three albums brought together tracks from King Jammy, his son John John and brother Trevor James. On this debute set, "Roots, Reality And Culture" has to be one of the strongest of the many cuts of the "Real Rock" rhythm released by Jammy over the years, and the entire album is full of similarly incisive commentaries on ghetto life.
